... Oh Man, I read the Title and my brain told me Roast BEEF instead of BEET Aaah-ha-ha. I'm lookin at the picture (great photo) and thinking "Why is it so purply-red in color ? It looks like blood sausage or something. How the hell did he cook this roast ? ..."
... So you can tell where my heads at. Have you gone Vegitarian or am I just hungry for a nice slice of rare Prime Rib ? ...
